The Turning Point

The ongoing success of Syrian Arab Army against armed terrorist groups in southern area of Syria came to stress severity and ability of our armed forces and popular resistance in making more strategic achievements which changed the political equations in favour of the Syrian people and the resistance axis.

Within only 72 hours, the Syrian Army was able to defeat a full year of Zionist entity schemes in supplying, arming, flowing a large number of terrorists in order to create the buffer zone in the southern area, threaten the capital city and cut Damascus-Jordan international road.

The involvement of the Zionist entity in what is happening in Syria was recently revealed, the terrorist groups and Israel are coordinating their operations together because they are two sides of the same coin.

Movement of Syrian Army from defense position to the attack in the southern front is a clear message to Israel, US, Gulf countries and Jordan that any attempt to play with the security and sovereignty of Syrian Arab Republic will be faced with a harsh painful response.

Statement made by Defense Minister Fahd Jassem al-Freij during his field visit to military sites and towns in the southern region is a message sent to the conspiring countries to stop the involvement and high-cost military adventure that has negative consequence on the Middle East’s countries.
