PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has recaptured Der Maker town plus two hills in Damascus countryside amid continuity of operations against terrorist organizations outside Daraa and Idlib, according to military sources.
A military source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as citing that army units restored stability and peace to Der Maker town and regained control of al-Serjeh and al-Aros hills in the southwestern countryside of Damascus.
The source added that army units are pursuing the Takfiri terrorist organizations in the area and kill many of their members.
Der Maker town is located south of Sa’asa’a area and it is linked with some strategic hills that extend from the occupied Syrian Golan towns into the old road of Daraa.
Today achievement synchronized with eliminating members of a terrorist group in al-Lajat area in the eastern countryside of Daraa and targeting terrorist organizations in Maarret Mesrin, Bennesh, Abo Duhur, Ein al-Soda towns and surrounding of Jabal al-Arba’een in Idlib countryside.
Southern Front
Three days ago, Syrian army has launched a wide-scale operation in the southern front, in the triangle that links countryside of Damascus, Daraa and Quneitra, in order to recapture the strategic hills from al-Nusra Front, according to media sources.
Israel directly supports al-Nusra Front in the southern Front.
Syrian army moved from Der al-Adas town towards Kafr Shams town in Daraa countryside and recaptured some nearby strategic hills in the area, especially Tal Mer’ee. This will help army to reach Inkhel and Jasem towns which are the terrorists’ main strongholds .
Amman operation center
The operation aims to cut off supply routes of terrorists who are moving under direct instructions issued by Amman military operations center being run by French, British, Saudi and Israeli intelligence agencies.
The other goals of the operation are to paralyze al-Nusra Front in Daraa and Quneitra provinces and to straiten the strong cooperation between terrorists and the Israeli army as well as to foil Israel’s plan to create security belt extends from Golan to Shab’a in Lebanon.
