Tehran – Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab-African Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said that Tehran is serious in campaign against terrorism and extremist Takfiri groups, IRNA reported.
Amir Abdollahian strongly condemned murder of a Japanese civilian perpetrated by the Daesh terrorist group in Jordan.
What happened in France and Jordan under the name of Daesh terrorist group were in fact the result of wrong policies and the instrumental use of terrorism in Iraq, Syria and the region, he said.
Terrorism never remains faithful to any sides, he said adding that countries in the region should take into account the inhuman behavior being perpetrated by Daesh terrorist group and regard it as a threat to security and stability of the region and dry up their roots in the regional countries.
Security is an interrelated issue; he said adding that it is not possible to destabilize Iraq, Syria and Lebanon and expect restoration of security in other parts of the region.
The Islamic Republic of Iran is determined to fight terrorism and extremism, said deputy foreign minister.
