Allaf qualifies for ADITT semis

ABU DHABI, (ST) – Kareem Allaf, the promising Syrian tennis player, has deservedly qualified for the Abu Dhabi International Tennis Tournament semi-final (doubles).

Allaf and his teammate from Zimbabwe(Tadio)  beat their opponents from Cyprus in the quarter final 6-3 7-5.

In the first round, Allaf and Tadio beat their counterparts from India and Sri Lanka 6-1  6-4.

 

In the semi -final, Allaf and Tadio will meet their opponents from France.

As for the individual contest, Allaf made it through to the quarterfinal after beating his American opponent Sebastian 6-2 6-2.

Earlier, Allaf beat the Iranian Ishkan 6-1 6-1 in the first round.
