5 girls hurt as Khan Dannon camp outside Damascus hit by mortar shell

PROVINCES,(ST)_Five girls have been wounded in mortar fire on Khan Dannon camp in al-Kesweh area outside Damascus, a police command source said Tuesday.

The source clarified that a mortar shell, fired by terrorists, fell in Khan Dannon camp in al-Kesweh town where five girls, aged 14-16, were wounded.

The same town witnessed another terrorist attack when terrorists detonated an explosive device attached to a private car on the main square of the town.

No one was reportedly hurt in the blast.

On December 8, engineering units defused an explosive device weighing 6km planted by terrorists in the main road of the same town.

In Damascus, terrorists fired a mortar shell on Bab Touma quarter a day after  they fired a mortar round on Mazzeh 86 quarter.

The mortar attacks left damages to several cars and houses at the scenes. No one was hurt.

The US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel support terrorist organizations operating in Syria,  world media reports confirm.
