BABEL, (ST) – With the participation of 10 Syrian specailized companies, the joint Syrian, Iraqi Agricultural Exhibition was opened yesterday in Babel province in Iraq in the presence of wide participation of the owners of agricultural entrepreneurs and companies of the two countries.
The Director of the Federation of Chambers of Agriculture Eng. Fattouh Jumaa underlined in a statement to local press that the Syrian participation in the exhibition aims to increase and develop agricultural cooperation between the two countries, to work on the exchange of agricultural expertise and the development of agricultural exports.
“Syria participates in the exhibition, which runs until 30 December, across ten specialized agricultural companies producing domestic and external decorations and Damascene Rose and organic fertilizers plants of Syrian origin,” Eng. Jumaa pointed out.
