67 medals for Special Olympics team in Egypt

CAIRO, (ST) – The Syrian Olympics team, who are currently taking part in the 8th Regional Games of the Special Olympics of the Middle East and North Africa region  in Egypt, has captured 30 varied medals today only to be added to the previous ones  where the total of medals is 67 varied medals.

 

In the swimming contest, the Syrian team collected 13 medals (2 gold, 5 silver and six bronzes).

As for equestrianism, the team added two gold medals.

In track and field events, the Syrian athletes captured seven medals.
