“Food Expo” to Open Next Monday

DAMASCUS, (ST) – The Delta Group for Economy and Business has completed preparations to launch the exhibition of Food Industries and Packaging “Food Expo” next Monday at the Hotel Dama Rose in Damascus. Major national companies operating in the field of food industry with the participation and cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Chambers of  Commerce and Industry will take part in the event.

 

The three-day exhibition, entitled “Together for Driving Economic Growth for Better Syria. A variety of food products as well as packaging materials, institutions, banks and development funds and financing machines will be displayed during the period of the exhibition.

General Director of Delta Group Ghiath Chamma’ confirmed the importance of this exhibition to contribute to food security, the needs of citizens, providing jobs and export abroad, thus providing foreign exchange the state’s treasury.

The exhibition will be a good opportunity to exporters, food industry professionals, decision-makers in this area and food retailers, sales centers, businessmen and investors in food processing and packaging, owners of tourist facilities and commercial centers and the consumer.
