Al -Nouri: Administrative Development Fits Syrian Size

DAMASCUS, (ST)- The Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Hassan al-Nouri confirmed the government’s  strategy for administrative reform and development through national potential components.

 During a workshop held yesterday by the Ministry of Administrative Development entitled “Administrative Development and Reform .. Syria and Poland”, the Minister revealed that the strategic performance evaluation and planning process for Administrative Development indicate that the administrative process of development in Syria is on the right track, noting that the ministry is currently working on developing a national plan for administrative development suites the Syrian size and situation and available potentials.

 

The goal of this workshop, he added, is to brief on the Polish experience in the field of administrative development which is similar to the Syrian experiment with simple difference in reality  and circumstances. The workshop was organized with the participation of a Polish delegation comprising representatives from the social, academic and economic Polish parties.

For his part, Head of the Polish delegation, who is the  head of the Middle East Research Center in Poland, Dr. Arter Roblovski, said that this country went through the past 25 years, very hard times, however, we have achieved great economic success.

He pointed out that Syria has succeeded in developing a plan for development and administrative reform which is going in a positive and sound step, confirming that Syria will succeed in implementing its reform program and development just as Poland has succeeded in implementing the reform plan.
