PROVINCES, (ST)_One of al-Nusra Front ringleaders plus 13 terrorists have been killed in Daraa and Idlib amid reports of destroying 150-meter-long tunnel in Quneitra.
Ammar al-Hariri, one of al-Nusra Front ringleaders, plus a Jordanian terrorist, dubbed Abo Ya’aqoub al-Ma’ani, were among terrorists who were killed today when Syrian army warded off terrorists’ attack on several garrisons in al-Sheikh Meskin town and its surrounding in southern Daraa province, a military source declared.
The source added that army units targeted terrorist groupings in Ibta’a, Dael, Tal Hamad and Daraa al-Balad in the same province. “Many terrorists were killed and injured there.”
More 13 terrorists were eliminated as Syrian army struck terrorist groupings north-west Idlib city and on Idlib-central prison road in northwestern province of Idlib.
A military source said that 3 cars belonging to terrorists were destroyed in the strikes, adding that many terrorists were mowed down in Korin, Henya, surrounding of Jabal al-Arba’een, Ihsim, Eblin, al-Rami, south-west Abu Duhur airbase, surrounding of al-Hamedeyeh and Sermin.
Meanwhile, the official news agency (SANA) reported that Syrian army destroyed a 150-meter long tunnel linking Tal Krom Jaba and Em Batneh and killed many terrorists in al-Hamedeyeh and Tal Mashara in Quneitra countryside as well as in al-Waer quarter, Hasya’a, Jazel oil well and towns of al-Seltaneyeh, Salam Sharqi, Salam Gharbi and farms north Palmira in Homs countryside.
