Awqaf Minister: Syria Defends World Peace By Challenging Terrorism

OVA,(ST)_ Minister of Awqaf Dr. Muhammad Abdul Sattar al-Sayyed, discussed with members of the Presidential Council of the Republic of Bashkirstan ways of cooperation to confront terrorism and Takfiri thinking.

The Minister noted the steadfastness of the Syrian people, and their support to the armed forces and loyalty to their leadership in the face of the global war targeting Syria’s national stances.

The minister pointed out that by standing in the face of terrorism and extremist ideology,Syria has challenged the danger which threatens stability and peace in the region and the world.

For their part, members of the Presidential Council in Bashkirstan stressed the concerted efforts of peace-loving peoples in the face of the phenomenon of Takfirism and extremism in the world.

Note worthy, Bashkirstan Republic is one of the republics of the Russian Federation with a population of about two million.
