Terrorist attack on bus in Sweida kills 5 passengers
SWEIDA,(ST)_Terrorist attack on a passenger bus at administrative boundary between Sweida and Daraa have killed 5 civilians and wounded 9 others, a source at police command said on Wednesday.
The source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as citing that two explosive devices,planted by terrorists on Dama-Ariqa road, were exploded as a buscarrying passengers from Harran town in western countryside of Sweida to Damascus passed by.
“The terrorist attack which occurred today morning killed at least 5 civilians and wounded 9 others,” the source said, adding that the first explosive device was 10kg in weigh while the second was 20kg.
Coward crime
Sheik Akel of Mowahidin Muslims, Hekmat al-Hajri condemned the terrorist attack.
“The coward terrorist attack on the bus this morning is a crime and reflects the Takfiri Wahhabi thoughts that know only the language of killing. Such acts only serve the homeland’s enemies that try to fragment social fabric and national unity,” Sheikh al-Hajri said.
He called on Syrians to unite to face the aggressive war on the homeland.
On August 14th, terrorists attacked a passenger bus in Dama town outside Sweida, killing 5 civilians, including a woman.
