Palestine Syrian Main Cause, Says Al-Miqdad

DAMASCUS, (ST)_ Palestinian cause will remain the central cause to the Arab nation, Syrian and Palestinian people are sharing same cause and same fate” Dr. Faisal Al-Miqdad stressed on Tuesday.

During his meeting with the ambassador Anwar Abed Al-Hadi, director of political bureau in Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) , Al- Miqdad saluted the Palestinian wise stand in confronting the Israel aggression, he said “the Palestinian cause is the cause of the Syrian people,” describing this position as a strategic.

“The Israeli aggression was not against a Palestinian faction only rather that it was against the entire Palestinian people” Al- Miqdad pointed out, he added “who win the war against Israel is the Palestinian people not a faction who is trying to capture the victory as it they are only the ones who resisting only.”

From his turn, Abdula Hadi reviewed the aggression details on the Palestinian territories and the latest development based on the truce, stressing that the Palestinian people won the war due to their steadfastness, unity, resistance and martyrs.

Abed Al-Hadi underlined the efforts exerted by Palestinian Authority and president Mahmoud Abbas to succeed the truce, pointing out that president Abbas insisted that Egyptian initiative is the only solution to continue stopping the aggressions.

He thanked Syrian government to continue facilitating in providing food and medicine to the Palestinian people besieged by armed terrorist organizations within the Yarmouk camp.
