National Media Council Condemns Zionist Occupation’s Massacres in Gaza

DAMASCUS, (ST)-The National Media Council has condemned the horrible massacres being committed by the Israeli occupation against Palestinian civilians, women and children in Gaza Strip. It also condemned the Arab reactionary regimes’ collusion with Zionism and the West against the Palestinian cause and resistance.

In a statement on Tuesday, the council said the “savage Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza necessitates an Arab awakening and a resisting stance by all Arab peace and freedom-loving countries in order to defeat terrorism supporters, Arab reactionary regimes and Zionist barbarism.”

The council added that what President Bashar Al-Assad had said about the connection of what is going on in Syria to Palestine constitutes the key for the media and politicians to understand and confront the Zionist aggression on Gaza and the terrorist takfiri conspiracy against Syria and it also affirms that the Arab-Israeli conflict is still the core of all conflicts in the region.

The council urged the Syrian media to develop its performance to uncover the Zionist policy and those of its allied Arab reactionary regimes which are conspiring on the whole Arab nation through supporting the takfiri terrorism which is hitting Syria and backing the Zionist terrorism against the Palestinian people.
