Zionist Entity Kills 150 Palestinians Over Missing Officer

Zionist entity has killed more than 150 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours after Tel Aviv falsely claimed that the Palestinian resistance movement had captured one Israeli soldier.

Israel bombarded the southern Gaza town of Rafah on Saturday after it was reported that an Israeli soldier had been captured by Palestinian resistance fighters.

Resistance has denied capturing an Israeli soldier, saying the missing trooper might have been killed in Israeli bombardment on Friday after Tel Aviv violated an internationally brokered three-day ceasefire.

Resistance military wing Qassam Brigades has said in a statement that it is not aware of the missing soldier’s whereabouts or the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.

At least 35 Palestinians were killed in Israeli bombardment and shelling in and around Rafah early Saturday, said Palestinian health official Ashraf al-Kidra, adding the city’s main hospital was evacuated because of the strikes.

Elsewhere in Gaza, Palestinian officials reported more than 150 airstrikes, including one against the Islamic University in Gaza City.

Friday’s escalation came after Israel abruptly ended a 72-hour humanitarian ceasefire with Hamas only a few hours after it began.

According to Tel Aviv, the Israeli death toll currently stands at 66, including 63 soldiers and three civilians. However, Hamas puts the figure at about 150 which is the heaviest loss of life for the Israeli military in years.

The Palestinian death toll from Israel’s 26 days of onslaught on Gaza has now reached nearly 1,650, with 9,000 people injured. Most of the casualties have been civilians, including a large number of women and children.

Resistance fighters rain retaliatory rockets onto Israel

Palestinian resistance fighters have rained retaliatory rockets onto several areas in Israel, including Tel Aviv, in response to  the Israeli regime’s relentless onslaught on the Gaza Strip.

According to reports, the sound of warning sirens was heard in several cities and towns in Israel as Hamas military wing al-Qassam Brigades targeted Tel Aviv and Be’erSheva.

Several Israelis have reportedly been injured in Tel Aviv.

Palestinian fighters of the al-Quds Brigades on Friday fired a rocket at the port city of Ashdod. Gazan rockets also made sirens go off in Eshkol and Sha’arHaNegev in the northwestern part of the Negev desert.

The Palestinian death toll from Israel’s 26 days of onslaught on Gaza has now reached nearly 1,650, with 9,000 people injured. Most of the casualties have been civilians, including a large number of women and children.

Occupation  minister admits defeat in Gaza war

Israeli occupation Tourism Minister Uzi Landau has admitted to Tel Aviv’s failure in the regime’s ongoing war against the Gaza Strip.

Speaking at a Friday TV interview, the Israeli minister said despite Tel Aviv’s massive military operations in Gaza, the regime has not achieved any of its objectives and failed to prevent the Palestinians’ missile attacks into the depth of the occupied territories.

Landau, who is a member of YisraelBeiteinu party headed by Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, lashed out at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s policies.

He expressed shock over the magnitude of the losses that Hamas resistance movement has inflicted upon Israel which even brought Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion International Airport to a partial halt.

On June 22, American and other major international airlines suspended flights to and from the airport 36 hours over security concerns.

Landau also slammed Tel Aviv’s failure to take action against Hamas’ tunnels near the Gazan border which constitute a major strategic threat to Israel.

The Israeli minister warned that Tel Aviv’s continued failures will unmask its weakness, prompting anti-Israeli organizations to launch future attacks against the entity.

Palestinian resistance fighters continue their rocket attacks against Israeli cities in retaliation for Tel Aviv’s relentless onslaught on the blockaded Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes have been pounding numerous sites in the Gaza Strip since July 8, demolishing houses and burying families under the rubble. Israeli forces also began a ground offensive against the impoverished Palestinian land on July 17.
