Syrian Arab Army Foils Infiltration Bids into Garrisons in Aleppo, Eliminates Dozens of Terrorists on Syrian-Lebanese Border

PROVINCES,(ST)_Army units foiled on Saturday terrorist groups’ infiltration attempts into garrisons in Aleppo and Damascus countryside provinces a day after eliminating dozens of terrorists in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus and on the Syrian-Lebanese border.

Several terrorist groups tried to infiltrate into garrisons in al-Layramon and Dar al-Aytam [Orphanage] in northern Aleppo province, but the army units thwarted the bids and killed many terrorists, the official news agency (SANA) reported.  

The agency added that there was another infiltration bid into a garrison in Biet Tima town in the western countryside of Damascus.

The bid was also foiled and many terrorists were killed and injured.

More terrorists died as the army units targeted terrorist groupings in Khan al-Shieh farms in Damascus countryside and in several areas in and outside Aleppo as well as outside Daraa, Quneitra and Homs province.

Foreign mercenaries killed in Mliha town

Last night, the army units killed at least 31 terrorist, some belong to the so-called the ‘Islamic Front’, in Adra, al-Shofaneyeh farms and Wadi Ein Tarma outside Damascus .

Mercenaries of Arab and foreign nationalities were crushed on the outskirts of Mliha town, the official agency said, confirming the death of dozens of terrorists on the Syrian-Lebanese border [ In al-Qalamoun area] and destruction of several terrorists’ hideouts in al-Zabadani area.

Quarrel among terrorists

In addition, a quarrel erupted yesterday among terrorist Takfiri organizations in Duma area in Damascus countryside where many terrorists were killed and injured.
