Syrian Arab Army Continues Operations against Terrorists outside Damascus, Daraa, Quneitra and Aleppo

PROVINCES,(ST)_Terrorist groups in several areas outside Damascus, Quneitra, Homs and Daraa provinces and in and outside Aleppo province have been inflicted big losses in the past days.

According to the official news agency (SANA), the army units killed yesterday many terrorists on Mliha-Jesrin axis and tightened grip on the remaining terrorists in some buildings on the outskirts of the town after a series of concentrated operations there.

The operations, in addition, resulted in destroying an arms depot for terrorists in Jesrin town in the heart of the Eastern Ghouta outsde Damascus and eliminating many terrorists.

There were also other operations against terrorist groups on the Syrian-Lebanese border in al-Qalamoun area and in Erbin and Duma areas in Damascus countryside.

Infiltration bids

Today, the army units crushed an armed terrorist group on Briqa-Kom alBasha road outside Quneitra and foiled terrorist group’s infiltration bid into Em Batna-Jabba road in the same province.

Another infiltration attempt by terrorists from al-yadodeh road into a garrison in Tal al-Za’atar was also thwarted by an army unit.

Moreover, the army units targeted terrorist groupings in more than 30 areas outside Homs, Daraa and Quneitra provinces and in and outside Aleppo province.

Many terrorists were killed and injured there.
