Syrian Arab Army Finds 3 Car Bombs on Syrian-Lebanese border, Targets Hideout for al-Nusra Front Ringleaders in Quneitra

PROVINCES,(ST)_A hideout for al-Nusra Front ringleaders in Quneitra province has been targeted by the army units amid continuation of military operations against terrorist groupings in Aleppo and Daraa provinces.

A military source declared today that the army units targeted a hideout of al-Nusra Front ringleaders to the south of Kodna School in Quneitra countryside.

“Many ringleaders were killed and injured,” the source said.

Moreover, the army units eliminated more terrorists through striking their groupings in Haj Hammod farm, Ein al-Soda, Dwer al-Akrad, Kafrlata, Filon, Qaston and Kafrhaya in the northwestern Idlib province.

Other terrorist groupings in more than 24 restive areas in and outside northern Aleppo province were also targeted by the army units, according to a military source.

The source pointed out that the army units destroyed several vehicles for terrorists in Hritan, al-Layramon, Der Jamal, Handarat, Andan and the industrial city.

While in the southern Daraa province, the army units foiled terrorists’ infiltration bid from the east of Katakit building into al-Fern alley in al-Mansheyeh of Daraa al-Balad and crushed armed terrorists to the west of Othman town and on Yadoda-Daraa road as well as in allajah area .

Six bombs defused

In another development, an army unit foiled a terrorist group’s attempt to remotely detonate six explosive devices planted near Arak town junction on Palmyra-Der Ezzour road.

A source at Homs province clarified that an engineering unit defused the explosive devices.

Later on, a military source said that the army units found a training camp for terrorists and three car bombs in al-Qalamon area outside Damascus.
