Egyptian President El-Sisi Reaffirms Support for Syrian People and Condemns Israeli Aggression

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at a press conference with his Lebanese counterpart said: We renew our full support for the brotherly Syrian people.

He added :We emphasize our condemnation of the repeated Israeli assaults on Syrian sovereignty and the necessity of Israel’s withdrawal from the occupied Syrian territories, as well as respecting Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He also said :We affirm the importance of having a comprehensive political process during the transitional period, while continuing efforts to combat terrorism and rejecting any manifestations of sectarianism or division.
