Minister of economy: It is not possible to build a new Syrian economy under unjust and unfair sanctions

Minister of Economy, Mohammad Al-Sha’ar said:

-The economy under the former regime was tailored to serve the interests of certain corrupt individuals.

-We are working on developing realistic economic plans that involve the people alongside decision-makers.

-It is impossible to build a new Syrian economy under unjust and unfair sanctions.

-We have evaluated public sector factories and companies and are seeking to improve them.

-Several business councils will soon be established in brotherly countries.

-We are working on setting clear regulations and standards for products entering Syria.
