Pedersen calls on “ Israel” to respect international law and Syria’s sovereignty
UN Envoy to Syria Geir Pedersen has strongly condemned the ongoing and escalating Israeli violations of Syria’s sovereignty, including multiple airstrikes in Damascus and other cities.
He called on “Israel” to immediately cease its attacks on Syria, cease endangering civilians, and respect international law and Syria’s sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity, and independence.
