The Presidential Election in the Province of Lattakia

LATTAKIA, (ST)_ Lattakia began its day with a remarkable and massive turnout on the ballot boxes all over the city.

The participants stressed that their vote is the right and duty and as a weapon in the face of the enemy and terrorists,and they added that their participation will be a crossing bridge to a safety land and rebuilding of what was destroyed.

And despite of the threats of the armed terrorists and the fall of a number of rockets on the city of Lattakia; but this did not affect on the election process-on the contrary- increased the citizens’ determination and persistence to come to the ballot boxes.

The streets were filled in most areas of the celebrations and marches ,where the participants expressed their support mainly to President Bashar Al-Assad , asserting that they will continue on his approach together and hand in hand for a better future for Syria.
