Syrian Presidency Thanked all Syrians, Intensively participated in Presidential Elections

DAMASCUS, (S)_ The Syrian presidency has greeted all Syrians who participated heavily in electing their candidate for the presidency of the Republic and are waiting for the results of the voting to begin a new phase in the history of Syria of pride and dignity.

“As usual, the Syrians demonstrate day after another, their attachment to the culture of life,hope and defiance against the culture of death, terror and isolation”, the presidency said in its page on the social networking site (Facebook ) yesterday, adding  “ Today, the Syrians affirm to the whole world their adherence to their sovereignty and inherent belonging to their homeland and eagerness to participate in building its future in spite of all hindering challenges. “
