Press release of the Independent National Committee for Fact-Finding and Investigation into the Syrian Coast Events

A press release, issued by the Independent National Commission for Investigation and Fact-Finding into the Events on the Syrian Coast, announced:

After extending the committee work for a new three-month period, the commission conducted ten visits to the city of Baniyas and heard more than 300 testimonies. It will continue to hear from Syrian men and women who were subjected to violations in the city of Baniyas and its countryside until next Thursday, May 1, 2025.

It called on all those who have not been able to meet with the committee yet to do so before this date.
