There is much potential for cooperation with Syria’s government, says US congresswoman Marilyn Stutzman
US Congresswoman Marilyn Stutzman described the visit of a congressional delegation to Syria two days ago as wonderful. He expressed his gratitude to the Syrian people for the generosity and friendliness they witnessed.
In statements posted on social media after his return to the United States, Stutzman said: The Syrian people are very friendly, and there is much potential for cooperation with the new Syrian government.
Stutzman expressed his hope that the Syrian people would enjoy more economic opportunities and prosperity, as seen in developed countries.
