335 Students take part in the tests of the final qualifying tests for the Syrian Science Olympiad 2025

DAMASCUS, Apr.19, (ST)-With the participation of 355 male and female students from various provinces, the final qualifying tests for the Syrian Science Olympiad for the 2025 season were held today.

The tests selected members of the national teams that will participate in the upcoming international Olympiad competitions in the following fields: mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and informatics.

The 4-hour-tests, organized by the Excellence and Creativity Authority, were conducted at the same time at examination centers in universities across the provinces.

Students from the first year of secondary school who qualified from the current season, as well as students who achieved first place in the Science Olympiad for Juniors and Young Adults in mathematics and science, and the programming marathon for children and young adults participated in the tests.
