WABC: Syria 97 -81 Palestine

AMMAN, (ST) – The men’s national basketball team have beaten their Palestinian counterparts 97-81 in the West Asia Basketball Championship currently being held in Jordan.

The Syrian side gave an impressive performance during the four quarters of the match .

It is to be noted that Syria beat Iraq in their opener 72-68.

Syria will meet Yemen tomorrow.
