Syrian Arab Army Kills Dozens of Terrorists Outside Damascus

PROVINCES,(ST)_Army units have warded off infiltration bids into garrisons outside Daraa and Idleb provinces, clashed with terrorists on Damascus-Palmyra highway and eliminated dozens of terrorists outside Damascus, Homs and Aleppo.

According to military sources, terrorists tried today to infiltrate into garrisons on the outskirts of Jabal al-Arbaeen and near Mo’ataram town outside Idleb province and into al-Jedyeh town in Daraa countryside, but the army units foiled the infiltration bids and killed many terrorists.

More terrorists were eliminated as the army units shelled terrorist groupings in several restive areas in the same province [Idleb and Daraa] and outside Homs province.

While in Damascus countryside, the army units killed 45 terrorists in al-Belaleyeh farms in the eastern Ghouta and in Adra area and destroyed an arms depot in al-Zabadani city.

Saudi terrorists were among those killed in the eastern Ghouta.

A terrorist group with its ringleader were also mowed down in the farms of al-Qasemeyeh town in al-Nashabeyeh area outside Damascus.

Clashes

On Damascus-Palmyra highway, a clash flared up between an army unit and an armed terrorist group belonging to the so-called the ‘Rayat al-Nasr’ brigade.

Other clashes erupted between the army units and armed terrorist groups in Darayya city in Damascus countryside.
