A delegation of Syrian Jews residing in Washington met with several members of the US Congress, calling for the lifting of sanctions imposed on Syria.
During the meeting, one of the delegation members spoke about their recent visit to Syria after many years of displacement, noting what he described as positive changes they had witnessed.
The delegation also expressed their congratulations on the formation of the new Syrian government, stressing the need to support efforts aimed at improving the situation in the country.
