Funeral of the martyrs in the Israeli aggression that targeted Nawa city in Daraa

Hundreds of thousands of People from all over Daraa gathered today in Nawa city in Daraa to participate in the funeral of the martyrs in the Israeli aggression that targeted the city last night.

People in the city closed their shops to mourn the victims of the Israeli aggression on the Jubailiya forest.

Daraa Governor Anwar Taha al-Zoubi took part in the funeral and extended his condolences to the families of the victims.

Earlier, the Governor said the governorate has mobilized all medical staff to provide services to the wounded.

He pointed out that the Israeli occupation forces have made their first ground incursion into agricultural areas in Nawa.

He explained that the residents reject any contact with the Israeli occupation, noting that and “the leadership in Damascus is authorized to speak on our behalf”.

He indicated that Hauran residents will organize a protest rally against Israeli violations of Syrian territory.

He pointed out that the Israeli occupation forces have withdrawn after invading the area from two axes.
