Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam congratulates Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa on Eid Al-Fitr
The Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, in a phone call on Wednesday, congratulated President Ahmed Al -Sharaa on the blessed Eid Al-Fitr.
The two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations in various fields.
The Lebanese Prime Minister expressed his intention to visit Syria, accompanied by an official delegation, to discuss common issues and bilateral relations and to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
He also congratulated President Al-Sharaa on the formation of the new Syrian governmet.
Salam expressed his hope that this new Syrian government will contibute to strengething the relations between the two countries and enhancing security and stability in Syria.
