What do citizens demand from the new government?

After the new government is formed, citizens hope their living demands will be met, along with security and safety, and the extension and strengthening of state authority to curb chaos and protect public and private property.

Operating and developing electricity, water, fuel, and communications services to improve the living conditions of the population. Gradually increasing salaries and wages for state employees.

Reforming the economy and formulating a fiscal and monetary policy that secures additional resources for the public treasury, while striving to stabilize the exchange rate and control inflation, in addition to focusing on attracting foreign and local investment to create new job opportunities and rebuild the national economy.

The return of displaced Syrians to their homeland, after rebuilding destroyed homes, is considered one of the major challenges facing the government.

Combating corruption and reforming institutions, both administrative and economic, with the aim of improving administrative efficiency and allocating resources more effectively.

Solving the problem of liquidity shortage
Lifting the sanctions imposed after the fall of the former regime

The new government is also required to pay attention to the agricultural, animal and plant sectors.

The necessities of ensuring national food and water security and encouraging industrial and productive activities that substitute for imports . Import legislation must be reviewed to protect industries, and export legislation must be reviewed to free export operations from time constraints, fees, and costs. Economic activities for manufacturing and re-export must also be reviewed. Establishing free zones and merging some banks.

The new government has challenges, but there is also opportunity.

The economy is an important pillar of the government and is what leads to its strength to advance Syria, which has declined and deteriorated economically over the past 14 years due to the gang that existed and stole all the resources, while today these resources are being utilized to a greater extent, as the first and last goal is to build the nation.
