Qatar’s “Lekhwiya” concludes training program for Syrian Civil Defense team

The Qatari Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) concluded a training program for the Syrian Civil Defense team, Qatar’s News Agency reported.

The agency added that the program aims to qualify and train the Syrian team on search and rescue operations and on disaster and crisis response.

This program is part of an agreement concluded between the Internal Security Forces and the Syrian side, which focuses on transferring Qatari expertise in the field of search and rescue.

The program is also designed to cover various technical aspects of rescue operations, including handling major crises and managing emergency situations.
