Qatar Strongly Condemns Israeli Airstrikes on Daraa

Qatar has strongly condemned the Israeli airstrikes on Daraa, considering them a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and unity, as well as a gross infringement of international law.

In a statement issued by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its official account on the platform (X), the ministry called on the international community to take urgent action to compel “Israel” to comply with international laws and norms, and to halt the repeated aggressions against Syrian territory, in order to prevent further escalation and tension in the region.

The ministry reiterated Qatar’s firm stance in support of Syria’s sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity.
