Israeli occupation kills over 200 Palestinians in new aggression on Gaza

Israeli occupation forces launched a fresh wave of aerial attacks on Gaza Strip after midnight, resuming the ongoing genocide after a two-month hiatus with widespread airstrikes that so far claimed the lives of at least 200 Palestinian civilians, including children and women, according to WAFA News Agency.

The ongoing bombardment has resulted in at least 200 fatalities, with many others injured, including women and children. Additionally, numerous people remain trapped under the rubble of targeted buildings.

According to local health sources, the initial toll indicates that the majority of those killed are in the southern Gaza Strip, with nearly 60 people reported killed. Among the injured are several women, children, and elderly people.

WAFA correspondents confirmed that at least five people, including two children, were killed and dozens more injured when Israeli forces targeted tents in the Mawasi Khan Younis area. The wounded were transported to the Kuwait Field Hospital, a local medical facility in the area.

Meanwhile, more than 15 people, including five children, were confirmed killed, and over 20 others injured in Gaza City as a result of the airstrikes, with the victims being taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
