LATTAKIA, Mar.15, (ST)- At least 3 people were martyred and 12 others injured in a preliminary toll as a result of a blast that hit today Al-Raml Al-Janobi neighborhood in Lattakia governorate.
A local source in Lattakia told the state-run Al-Thawra e-newspaper that the blast took place when a man was dismantling war remnants in the neighborhood.
The blast occurred in a four-story building and left extensive damage.
