Qatar reaffirms support for Syria and its reconstruction efforts

The Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated that Qatar aims to support Syria’s reconstruction needs and provide support in the energy sector.

He added that Qatar is continuing to coordinate with all international partners to provide support and assistance to Syria.

He noted that the new electricity support will cover all Syrian territory and enhance stability.

He added, “We stood with the Syrian people during their revolution, and today we stand with them in their reconstruction.”
