UAE welcomes the agreement between Syrian state and SDF

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) welcomed the agreement to integrate the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) into the Syrian Arab Republic’s Institutions.

UAE expressed its hope that it will achieve stability and peace in the region, and enhance the efforts to achieve national unity and coexistence in Syria.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the UAE’s steadfast position towards supporting Syria’s stability and sovereignty over its entire lands and its standing alongside the brotherly Syrian people, and its support for the efforts aimed at achieving the Syrian prople’s aspirations for security, peace, stability and a decent life.

The Presidency of the Syrian Arab Republic announced the day before yesterday the signing of an agreement to integrate the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) into state institutions, to emphasize the unity of Syrian territory and refuse division.
