German envoy to Syria Stefan Schneck confirmed that the agreement to integrate the SDF into the institutions of the Syrian Arab Republic represents a historic opportunity to achieve lasting peace in Syria and the region.

Schenck pointed out in a statement to North Press that the slogan of the European Union is “Unity in Diversity”, and Syria should also be able to maintain its political unity and cultural diversity at the same time, and after the courageous step, represented by the agreement, there is a great hope for its success.
