Erdogan Condemns Terrorism in Syria, Calls for Unity Amid Ongoing Tensions

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said: “We have witnessed terrorist attacks in Syria carried out by the remnants of the former regime and aimed at exploding sectarian clashes. The moderate statements of the Syrian President confirm that all those who broke the law will be held accountable,” he said.

“Thanks to the effective intervention of the Syrian government forces, events have been largely brought under control, but the situation remains sensitive.” Erdogan concluded.
