Tight security operations by the government to spread security and stability all over Syria

The Director of the Security Department in Deir Ezzor Governorate, Lieutenant Colonel Diaa Al-Omar, to SANA: Within the framework of the ongoing efforts to maintain security and stability, and after investigation and tracking, we were able to arrest four leaders of groups affiliated with the remnants of the former regime, during a tight security operation.

Diaa Al-Omar said to SANA: This operation was carried out after it was proven that they were involved in planning criminal attacks on security and government headquarters, with the aim of destabilizing security in the region, and in coordination with leaders of the remnants on the Syrian coast, and thank God, we were able to thwart these plans.

He added: We confirm that the security operations are still ongoing and there will be no leniency in holding accountable anyone proven to be involved in these criminal acts that threaten the security and stability of the country.

Meanwhile, the spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Hassan Abdul Ghani to SANA: Our units were able to repel an attack launched by the SDF forces on the Ashrafieh front in Aleppo city, and we inflicted losses on the attacking groups.
