Jordan decries foreign interference that targets Syria’s security

AMMAN, Mar.8, (ST)-Today, Jordan decried foreign interference that targets Syria’s security, stressing its support for the Syrian government’s all measures to protect security and stability.

The Jordanian News Agency “Petra” quoted the spokesman for the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sufian Qudah, as saying: “Jordan condemns all attempts, groups and foreign interference that target the security, peace and security institutions of Syria, and the attemp to push it towards chaos, strife and conflict… Jordan stands by the measures adopted by Syrian government to protect Syria’s security, stability and the safety of its people, and to preserve the law and civil peace.”

Ambassador Qudah stressed the need for concerted efforts to support Syria in the process of rebuilding the new Syrian state on the foundations that protect its unity, security, stability and sovereignty, and preserve the rights of all the sons of the brotherly Syrian people.
