South Africa: Israeli attacks on Syrian territory violate its sovereignty

South Africa stressed that the continued Israeli attacks on Syrian territories are a flagrant violation of Syria’s sovereignty.

In a statement on Wednesday, the South African Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed grave concern at the continued violations of Syria’s sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity by Israel, particularly in the towns south of Damascus and in the southern province of Daraa.

The Ministry indicated that the statements issued by “Israel” in this regard also constitute a violation of Syria’s sovereignty.
