For their part, the Qatari medical team confirmed its readiness to provide more support to the health sector in Syria, by following up on the performance of many surgical operations during the coming period, in addition to providing the sector with necessary medical equipment and supplies to perform cardiac catheterization operations.

The honoring ceremony included presenting commemorative shields of appreciation to the team that performed 80 cardiac catheterization operations during the period from the 22nd to the 27th of this month, and repaired heart deformities in children free of charge.
