Syria’s U-17 Girls Football Team Qualifies for West Asia Championship Semi-Finals

The Syrian national football team for U17 girls qualified

for the semi-finals of the West Asian Championship after defeating the Palestinian national team on Wednesday 6-0, concluding the first

round.

The goals of the match were scored by Nevin Badour in the first minute, Judy Alloush in the 49th minute, Alma Salwaya in the 52nd, 68th and 76th minutes, and Tala Harb in the 61st minute.

The Syrian team lost its first match in the first round to its Lebanese counterpart by a single goal last Saturday in the second

Group.
