Terrorist Attacks Kill Almost Five Civilians in Damascus Countryside and Aleppo

PROVINCES,(ST)_At least five civilians have been killed and several others wounded by terrorist attacks in Damascus countryside, Damascus and Aleppo provinces, according to the official news (SANA) agency.

The agency said today that a car bomb blasted in al-Arin quarter outside Damascus killed four civilians and caused material damages at the site.

A source was quoted on the agency as saying that a terrorist exploded a car loaded with 100 kg of explosives near schools complex in al-Arin quarter in Damascus countryside.

Terrorists attack aid center in Yarmouk camp

Another terrorist attack ripped through al-Yarmouk camp in the capital [Damascus] when an armed terrorist group attacked a center for distributing humanitarian aid to locals there.

Almost a civilian was martyred and another one seriously wounded during the attack, Director of the Arab Palestinian Refugees’ General Commission Ali Mustafa said.

He pointed out that the armed gangs that besiege the locals of al-Yarmouk camp have hampered the delivery of humanitarian aid.

“The Syrian government offers all possible facilities to ease the Palestinian refugees’ suffering,” Mustafa asserted.

Mortar attacks wound 31 civilians

The same province [Damascus] witnessed a mortar attack on Bab Tuma quarter where six civilians were wounded.

Twenty-five more civilians were wounded when several shells-fired by terrorists- hit Sa’adallah al-Jaberi square in Aleppo city.
