Health Ministry, Syrian American Medical Society Discuss Enhancing Cooperation

Director of the Planning and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Health Zuhair Qarat discussed with a delegation from the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) ways to enhance cooperation between the Ministry and the Society.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the projects currently being implemented by the Society. They focused on developing a plan for aid that will soon arrive from the United States of America, including medical equipment and supplies, in addition to a financial aid allocated to Deir Ezzor Governorate. The two sides discussed the possibility of establishing a center to provide comprehensive care for released detainees
