Ministry of Information condemns assassination of SANA photographer Ibrahim Ajaj

The Ministry of Information condemned the assassination of photographer Ibrahim Ajaj, who worked for the official Syrian Arab News Agency SANA.

In a statement published on its Telegram channel, the ministry affirmed its full commitment to supporting press freedom and protecting journalists as a fundamental right for everyone.

The ministry also announced its close cooperation with the Ministry of Interior to expedite the investigation into this crime and hold the perpetrators accountable to ensure justice is served.
