Information Ministry has granted about 1000 work permits so far

DAMASCUS, Jan.18, (ST)-The General Directorate of Press and Media Affairs has granted about 1000 work permits to journalists.

According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the General Directorate of Press and Media Affairs at the Ministry of Information continues to grant work permits, as part of its efforts to facilitate and organize media activities in Syria.

Work permits aim at enabling foreign, Arab and Syrian journalists to carry out their work in a legal and orderly manner, ensuring the enhancement of media coverage and conveying an accurate picture about the situation and developments in the country, according to the directorate.
