Russian Defense Ministry: Eliminating 100 terrorists and destroying equipment and vehicles in Aleppo, Hama countryside and Idlib

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that its forces operating in Syria eliminated about 100 terrorists and destroyed military equipment and an ammunition depot of terrorist organizations during the past 24 hours in the governorates of Aleppo, Hama and Idlib.

“Over the past 24 hours, missile strikes have been carried out on terrorist gathering points, observation posts, shelters, anti-aircraft missile systems, multiple launch rocket systems, ammunition depots, weapons and military equipment,” said Deputy commander of Russian Coordination Center in Hmeimim,, Captain Oleg Ignasyuk. He added “About 100 terrorists, 12 tanks, 27 vehicles, 3 mortars, a control center and an ammunition depot have been neutralized.”

Last Saturday, the center announced the killing of more than 300 terrorists by targeting their gathering sites and headquarters during the past 24 hours. The center explained that the Syrian Arab Army, with the assistance of the Russian Air Force, is repelling terrorist attacks around the clock.
